How you may use this website, and the key points to know before you buy. Your licence agreement and reservation terms are the binding documents.

1. About this website

This website is run for Chivenor Park, by Chivenor Park Ltd, company number 11860009, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Unit 6 Buccaneer Drive, Auckley, Finningley, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN9 3QP. Contact: chivenor@serenityparks.co.uk, 0800 999 8484.

2. The information on this site

We check prices, plot status and lodge details carefully and show the date we last checked them (4 October 2026). They can change, and a lodge can sell between checks. Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Please confirm everything in writing before you pay a deposit.

Photos marked “Example interior of this model” show the model, not necessarily the lodge for sale.

3. Before you buy: the key points

Holiday use only. Your lodge is a holiday home, not your main home. You need a main home elsewhere, in the UK or abroad, and the park may ask to see proof of it. Within the season there is no limit on how often or how long you come on holiday.
Bought to enjoy. A holiday lodge is something you buy to enjoy, not to make money. Like a car, it usually loses value over time, most of all in the first few years. Please buy one because you will love using it.
Letting. You let it through Sykes Holiday Cottages, who handle the bookings. Sykes charge 18% to 22% commission, depending on how much you use the lodge yourself, plus cleaning. We make no promise that you will earn from it: any income depends on bookings and is never guaranteed. Ask Alex about any park conditions.
The licence. Every new lodge comes with a 99-year licence agreement. It sets out your rights and duties as an owner. Ask for the licence agreement and park rules before you reserve. They set out what happens at the end of the term.
The pitch fee. £400 a month including VAT. It goes up each year in line with CPI inflation. It covers the park's standard services; rates, bottled gas, water and electricity are extra.
Reserving. A deposit of £2,000 reserves a lodge and becomes non-refundable after 14 days. Ask Alex for the written reservation terms before you pay.
Prices. Every price includes VAT, and each lodge's page lists what else its price includes. We will not show a “was” price without the dates it applied.
Finance. This website does not offer or arrange credit. The park does not offer finance or part-exchange.

4. Using this website

You may use this site to find out about Chivenor Park and to contact us. Please do not copy its content or photos for other purposes, try to break it, or send false enquiries. The words and design of this site belong to Chivenor Park Ltd or are used with permission. Photos and logos belong to their owners: the park, the lodge makers and their photographers.

5. Links to other sites

Links to other websites (for example 3D tours, maps or WhatsApp) are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

6. Our responsibility

We do not exclude any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Your rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
