1. Who we are
The data controller for the details you give us on this website is Chivenor Park Ltd, company number 11860009, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Unit 6 Buccaneer Drive, Auckley, Finningley, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN9 3QP. In this notice, “we” means Chivenor Park.

2. What we collect
- When you book a viewing, ask for the brochure or send a question: your name, email address, phone number (optional), your message, the dates and time of day you choose, the lodge you are interested in, and whether you want our news.
- Access needs: if you tell us about any, we use them only to arrange your viewing. You do not have to tell us.
- Where your enquiry came from: the page and button you used, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and, if you came from one of our Google adverts, the advert's click reference (section 4). This information sits only in your browser's memory until you send a form; we do not set cookies for it.
- Optional answers after a viewing request: a budget band, when you hope to buy, and the best time to call.
- Website logs: our hosting provider handles your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site, for example to stop the same address sending hundreds of forms.
- Your cookie choice: stored on your device so the site remembers it. See the cookie policy.
3. How we use it, and our legal basis

We never sell your details. We do not make decisions about you by automated means. We use your enquiry only for Chivenor Park.
4. If you came from one of our Google adverts
If you reach our website from one of our Google adverts, the link includes a click reference from Google. If you then send us a form, we keep that reference with your enquiry and tell Google that the click led to an enquiry, a viewing or a sale, so we can see which adverts help people and stop paying for ones that do not. We send Google the click reference, the date and time and the kind of enquiry, not your name, email address or phone number. We do not set cookies for this. Where the form asks whether we may let Google know, we tell Google only if you tick the box.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interests. You can object at any time by emailing chivenor@serenityparks.co.uk, and we will not send Google your click reference.
5. Who sees your details
The Chivenor Park sales team (Alex Angus), and these services, which work for us on our instructions:
- Netlify, Inc. (USA) hosts this website. It also stores the forms you send.
- Resend (USA) delivers the email that passes your form to the park.
- FuseMetrix, our email host, receives those emails in our mailboxes.
- Google (Google Ads) receives only the advert click reference described in section 4, and only when there is one.
- Peake Management builds and looks after this website for the park, on the park's instructions.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp. Your messages are kept in WhatsApp on our sales phone.
If you choose “Show the map here”, the map loads from Google Maps, which receives your device's details under its own privacy policy.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and viewing requests: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you buy a lodge.
- If you buy: for as long as the law and your licence agreement require.
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it, plus a record that you did.
- Website logs: as long as our hosting provider keeps them, typically days rather than months.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, restrict or object to how we use them, take a copy to use elsewhere, and withdraw your consent at any time. You can object to marketing at any time, and we will stop. Email chivenor@serenityparks.co.uk. We will reply within one month.
8. How to complain
Please tell us first, by email to chivenor@serenityparks.co.uk or by phone on 0800 999 8484. We will acknowledge a complaint about your data within 30 days and try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, telephone 0303 123 1113.
9. Transfers outside the UK
Netlify, Resend and Google are based in the USA and may process data there. Where they do, the transfer is protected by the UK's approved safeguards: the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or the International Data Transfer Addendum.

We will post any changes to this notice on this page, with a new date at the top.
